SERVICES FOR COUPLES
I work with couples who are looking for a way out of their suffering. Being in a solid partnership can provide us with a sense of safety, connection and support. However, when our relationships are not working, the opposite is true. Often, couples come to me feeling hopeless, scared, isolated and drained. They may be at the end of their rope with what seems like the same argument over and over again, or they may be contemplating, or currently in a period of separation. Whatever the reason, I will help you create a secure and healthy partnership.
I work with people across a wide range of identities and relationship structures, including 2SLGBTQIA+ partners, and couples practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM). It is deeply important to me that every couple feels safe, seen, and understood in our work together, and that each person's unique identities are honored and held with care. Together, we can explore how to bring the principles of secure-functioning into your partnership in a way that works specifically for you, helping you find your way into deeper connection and authenticity with each other.

SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS
I help individuals who want to feel more embodied in their lives. Sometimes people come to me when they are suffering from painful symptoms like chronic anxiety, shame or sadness, or after experiencing a traumatic event or loss in their life. Other times, someone may enter into therapy because somewhere along the way they lost touch with their most authentic self, and they need help connecting to their own inner wisdom, intuition, and soul again. Whatever the reason, we all deserve to have someone on our team. Together we will help you climb out of the dark places in your life.
SERVICES FOR PARENTS

I help parents learn how to connect with their children and thrive. Often, families come to me with children who are struggling in school, with friends, or who have developed aggressive behaviors. Sometimes children may have fears and worries, or they may need help adjusting to a new baby, a separation or divorce, or other life transition. Families may be struggling with an unprocessed trauma, discipline strategies, or with frustration and exhaustion around the daily power struggles in their home. I work with parents to help strengthen their understanding of the family needs, and offer tools and resources to guide them through difficult times.
